Recommended Airport
For seamless transportation to and from your accommodations, we recommend flying into JFK airport, as our contracted hotels offer FREE shuttle service.
Ground Transportation
OBE will be renting vans with local drivers, eliminating the need for attendees to rent cars and ensuring stress-free travel and cost savings.
*If you prefer to drive to New York, please note that our hotels do offer parking facilities. Check with the hotels directly for parking fees and availability.
Recommended Travel Dates
Arrival options include any time on Monday, June 10, or before 1-2 pm on June 11. Vans will depart hotels at 3:30 pm on June 11 for registration, dinner, and the start of the conference at the church.
For your return, schedule your flight home for Saturday, June 15th.
