*Registration Explanation-
There are 3 types of registrations for the 2020 OBE Spring Conference… Church Registration, Individual Registration, and Child Registration.
Church Registration- $100 per church covers the registration for the Sr Pastor, Church Delegate, Staff Pastors, Staff, Church Leaders and all spouses.
Church Registration Includes entrance into all conference events, all training sessions, 2 separate lunches (per person), snacks, and 2 conference notebooks. (If additional notebooks are needed you can purchase them for $15. Let Mary know by April 8th). Sr Pastors are encouraged to register through the church registration. We also encourage pastors to promote and bring as many leaders with them as possible!
$3.20 will be added to online registration to cover online and credit card fees. You may email Mary at the regional office (mary@openbibleeast.org) to register and send in a check if you want to avoid that fee. Mail to: Open Bible East - Spring Conference - P.O. Box 518 - Vandalia, OH 45377

Church Delegate Form - In order for a church delegate to have voice and vote at the Regional Business meeting a Church Delegate form must be filled out and sent to the regional office. This year we have 2 options for hotel accommodations for Spring Conference with pre-negotiated rates. Please select the hotel you prefer and reserve your rooms right way!
Option #1- (4.3 miles from the church) The Holiday Inn Express and Suites of 3990 Baldwin Road Auburn Hills, MI, 48326
Hotel Description- Auburn Hills offers activities for all ages; from shopping at the neighboring Great Lakes Crossing Outlets (one of Michigans largest malls) to taking in an outdoor concert during the summer at DTE Energy Music Theatre. You can visit the LEGOLAND Discovery Center or the SEA LIFE Michigan aquarium and enjoy great restaurants like Bar Louie, Jonny Rockets and Rainforest Café; just to name a few. The group block is now open to begin making reservations. You can do so by calling the hotel at 248-322-7000 and identifying yourself as part of the “Open Bible East Churches”. The group rooms and rate ($119+Tax) will be available prior to the group cut-off date of 4/8/20. You can also go online to make your reservations here- ONLINE HOTEL RESERVATIONS. The pre-negotiated rate for this hotel is $119 per night (plus taxes) for up to 1 day prior and 1 day after Spring Conference (April 28-May 2). If you bring a tax-exempt form for your church you will save the state tax (Local tax will still be charged). Please reserve your rooms ASAP as they are on a first come first served basis.
Option #2- (12 Miles from the church) Comfort Suites 1565 North Opdyke Road, Auburn Hills, MI, 48326.

The pre-negotiated rate is $75 per night (+tax April 28- May 2) is good through April 7th. If you have any problems you may contact the manager Steve at the Comfort Inn at the number above. Again, please make your reservations ASAP as this is a first come first served bases.
